In order to kill a Kuva Lich, you will need to use your Parazon which has been equipped with the proper Requiem mods to deal the finishing blow if you have chosen to vanquish them. The Parazon is mainly the weapon that you will be using to fight against Kuva Liches but it also serves other purposes.
